Location: Kerepes Nagyközség Kerepes Social Care Center – Kerepes, Szabadság út 165.

By public transportation: Suburban railway H8 (“HÉV“) from Örs vezér tere with the direction Gödöllő to the stop Szilasliget
What is ‘A Day to Make It Happen’ and how can your company help?
By volunteering and giving back to the public during this occasion, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your community and positively impact the lives of the underprivileged.
How to participate in ‘A Day to Make It Happen’?
Volunteering at the Kerepes Nagyközség Szociális Alapszolgaltatási Központ with employees from other AmCham member companies and childrens of the kerepesi Széchenyi Elementary Shool. We would like to create an educational garden for the kids, where they can learn more about gardening, planting.
Simple activities may include fruit tree and vine pruning, reconstruction of the fence, fixing wire netting, removing unnecessary plants, planting, collecting bottles into containers. You are welcome to bring your own gardening tools (secateurs) and work gloves.
